General Principles

The Ten Index is a structured system designed to simplify how we store and retrieve information. It is built to work universallyโ€”whether youโ€™re using it personally, in business, or within social organizations.

Core Ideas

  • Universal Application: Principles are consistent across all versions (personal, business, social, etc.).
  • Optimal Management: 10 sections ร— 10 categories = 100 spaces. Itโ€™s memorable, logical, and easy to maintain.

Structural Hierarchy

  • L0 โ€“ Versions: Personal, Business, Social, etc.
  • L1 โ€“ Sections: Up to 10 primary divisions
  • L2 โ€“ Categories: 10 subdivisions per section
  • L3 โ€“ Subfolders: Optional extra depth
  • L4 โ€“ Not Recommended: Avoid going deeperโ€”it complicates the system

Naming and Metadata Rules

  • One-word names per section/category
  • Two-digit numeric IDs
  • Assigned color and shape for visual identification
  • Metadata tags for additional context

Special Sections

  • Section 9 โ€“ Systems Admin: For sudo tasks, access control, etc.
  • Section 8 โ€“ Logs & Archives: For tracking and dumps

System Types

  • HH0: Core Systems Engineering
  • HH1: Personal Use
  • HH2: Business Operations
  • HH3: Social/Community Frameworks
  • HH4: Media, Archives, Libraries

How to Use

  1. Choose your system type (HH1, HH2, etc.)
  2. Deploy the 10x10 framework
  3. Fill it with your data
  4. Refine and adapt as needed

The principles of Ten Index allow it to act like a Dewey Decimal System for any kind of structured informationโ€”scalable, flexible, and powerful.
