- Universal Application: Principles are consistent across all versions (personal, business, social, etc.).
- Optimal Management: 10 sections ร 10 categories = 100 spaces. Itโs memorable, logical, and easy to maintain.
Structural Hierarchy
- L0 โ Versions: Personal, Business, Social, etc.
- L1 โ Sections: Up to 10 primary divisions
- L2 โ Categories: 10 subdivisions per section
- L3 โ Subfolders: Optional extra depth
- L4 โ Not Recommended: Avoid going deeperโit complicates the system
Naming and Metadata Rules
- One-word names per section/category
- Two-digit numeric IDs
- Assigned color and shape for visual identification
- Metadata tags for additional context
Special Sections
